The best teachers are those who show you where to look but don’t tell you what to see.”

– Alexandra K. Trenfor.

Our service abides by the educator-to-child ratio requirements for children’s education and care services as set out by the National Quality Framework (NQF.)

All educators hold first aid certificates, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training, working with children checks and child protection qualifications. All Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs) are accredited at Proficient Teacher Level, and maintain that accreditation, with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).

Our educators are also regularly encouraged to attend further professional development workshops and training courses. Please feel free at any time to discuss your child’s progress, interests or goals in person, by phone or by email.

What to expect from our educators

  • We will provide the children with a supportive and safe learning environment where they can grow and flourish.
  • We will provide routine and consistent daily guidelines, but also leave time for flexibility and spur-of-the-moment learning.
  • We will develop genuine and loving relationships with the children, their families and our wider community.
  • We will provide daily information on children's eating and sleeping patterns at the service through both verbal communication and through the XAP portal/app.
  • We will provide stimulating and aesthetically pleasing learning environments that are inviting and fun and, inspire wonder, creativity and imagination
